Chronicles of Less Urban Living, Fresh from In the Night Farm

Quittin’ Time

It’s November, and In the Night Farm has gone squeaky-clean paleo.

No sugar, no dairy, no grain, no alcohol, no toxic personal or cleaning products.  All grass-fed, organic, pastured, or wild-caught.  Heavy lifting, some sprinting, and lots of daily motion.  As much sunshine and sleep as possible.  And play.

We’re going to be awesome.

I’m lucky.  The hardest things I have to do are 1) find an organic coffee that’s dark enough for my taste and 2) survive the next few days.

Because Ironman is quitting chewing tobacco.

Not.  Easy.

But I’ve not doubt he’ll do it.  Almost as good, he’s blogging about the whole shebang over at his new project, A Life Less Urban.  Stop by for a look at life from the other half.
